  • Are reservations required? Do you accept walk-ins?

    Reservations are not required and walk-ins are always welcome. However, making an online reservation will save you 20% off our walk-in rates, as well as guarantee the equipment availability. Reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

  • Do reservations require a deposit? Is it refundable?

    Yes, all reservations require a refundable deposit of $30 per person (regardless of age). This payment will then be applied to your total upon checkout.


    All deposits will be refunded in full if you provide us with your cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Within 48 hours, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Can I reserve fat bikes online?

    Yes, we take reservations online! Walk-in customers will be accomodated based on equipment availability.

  • Do you sell ski/snowboard & winter accessories?

    Yes, we do! We have a comprehensive selection of hats, gloves, balaclavas, helmets, goggles, apparel, and much more for sale. No matter what you need, Elevation Ski & Bike has everything you need to keep you warm and happy on the mountain!

  • Can I pick up my ski/snowboard rental in the afternoon prior to my first day of skiing/riding?

    Yes, we recommend it! Walk-ins and reservations can be picked up any time after 2pm on the day prior to your first day on the mountain. When making a reservation online, please select "pick up the day before" so that we know when to expect your arrival.

  • When is my equipment due back on my last day?

    All equipment is due back by 5pm on your last day. This gives us an opportunity to tune everything and prepare it for our next customer.


    Alternatively, some customers request more time to return the equipment. If this is you, please call us by 5pm on your last day to schedule your return by 9am the following day, at no additional charge. 

  • Who is considered a “junior”?

    All children 12 years old or younger are considered juniors.

  • What is considered a “Multi-Day” rental?

    Any rental of 3 or more consecutive days is considered a multi-day rental. Multi-day rentals save $3 per day off of our daily rate.

  • Are helmets included with the rental?

    All junior skiing/snowboarding packages come with a complimentary helmet rental.


    Adults can rent a helmet for $10 per day.

  • Do you offer in room fittings?

    We are not offering in room fittings at this time. Alternatively, after an in store fitting we are happy to deliver your equipment anywhere in Breckenridge for a small fee of $7.50 per person (per way).

  • Do you deliver/pick up ski/snowboard rentals?

    Yes, we do! We will gladly deliver or pick up your rental anywhere in Breckenridge for a small fee of $7.50  per person (per way).

  • What if I want to take a day off in between ski/snowboard days?

    You are responsible to pay for the equipment when it is in your possession, no exceptions. If you want to avoid being charged, simply return your equipment by 5pm prior to your off day.

  • Do you offer refunds if we return our equipment early?

    Refunds will not be made for the time in which the equipment is in your possession, no exceptions


    However, equipment that is returned by 5pm on your last day will be refunded for any unused days. We will not issue refunds for equipment that is retured in the morning of a paid rental day.

  • Can we purchase our lift tickets at the shop?

    Unfortunately, no. Lift tickets can only be purchased through the resort, no exceptions. You can purchase them in person at a lift ticket window or online at www.breckenridge.com or www.snow.com. Purchasing online in advance usually saves you a few bucks. 

  • Do you offer ski or snowboard lessons?

    Sorry, we're not legally allowed to offer lessons at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Ski and snowboard lessons are offered exclusively through the resort, and can be purchased at www.breckenridge.com.

  • Do I need an appointment to have my ski/snowboard tuned?

    Ski & snowboard service is always completed on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is needed. Feel free to give us a call ahead of time or just bring your gear by the shop. How quickly we get your equipment completed just depends on how busy our service department is at that time.

  • Do you have customer parking?

    Yes, we have a few short-term parking spots located directly behind our building (in the alleyway). Feel free to use them while visiting with us!

  • Do you offer a military discount?

    Yes, we do! We are very proud to offer a 10% discount on rental equipment to all active and retired military. Military ID required. God Bless America!

  • Do you offer insurance on the rental equipment?

    No, we do not offer insurance on rental equipment. Notwithstanding normal wear and tear, all customers are held responsible for lost or damaged equipment. 

  • What types of payment do you take? Do you accept cash?

    All rental equipment must be paid with either a credit or debit card. Accessories and apparel can be purchased with cash or card.
